Hi, We’re Dana and Michael, and we dreamed up The Flats on Sixth as a new kind of place to live in Old Louisville. The 16 studio flats and one bedrooms are a mix of long-term leases and furnished medium term (3-6 month+) rentals for travel nurses, digital nomads, and other wanderers.
